<span style="font-size: large;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-size: large;">偶尔,还是会有一些不愉快的不适当的情绪和想法,在脑海里起伏波动,在心中纠结着。偶尔,过去的一些阴影还会出来偷袭我,困扰着我。我学习觉察它们,谦卑地接受它们,不去抗拒,与它们和平相处。所以它们会来困扰我,却无法驾驭我,之后它们终会消失,因此不会失控而再度发病。</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-size: large;">虽然我现在被称为痊愈者,可是,还是有可能复发的。明天的事谁又能知道呢?这种病并不是痊愈后就会免疫,永远不会再患病的。如果隐藏因素没有获得适当的‘清理’,如果诱发因素一而再,再而三地出现,那么再次复发或多次复发将会是肯定的。</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-size: large;">曾经,我这样认为,以我现在对我的病(双相情感障碍,bipolar disorder)所掌握的知识,如果复发,我肯定会比以前更有应对能力。</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-size: large;">其实,我也很清楚,或许我知道一些道理、知识,但这并不代表我就能做到。知道不等于觉察。如果,真的哪一天,病魔再度把我捉住,或许我还是无法轻易挣脱。</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-size: large;">所以,要获得真正的疗愈,学习修行的功课,是必须时时刻刻、在当下、在生活中进行的。不是用嘴巴说、不是用眼睛看、不是用脑袋想,而是需要身体力行去实践。这样,我所学到的知识才能够真正帮到我。</span><br />

<span style="font-size: large;">这次会把自己的一些经历一些想法一些感受纪录在部落格上,是无心插柳。没想到,自己反而获益良多。</span><br />

<span style="font-size: large;">一开始,是因为一位朋友,而萌起一个念头。原本是为了激励她而想把一些没有机会告诉她的话写在这里,或许只是想写个一两篇帖子罢了。之后,又因为这位朋友,而碰巧看到《家连家精神教育课程》的讯息,才得以参加课程,获得宝贵的知识。</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-size: large;">在上课前的一些日子,我做了一些准备。我上网找了一些有关精神病(特别是有关我的病)的资料,让自己对这个病有多一点的认识。我知道其中一个讲师是我之前的精神科专科医生,郑友耀医生。因此,心中存着一点希望可以向郑医生请教一些问题。</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-size: large;">在我阅读了好一些资料之后,我的情绪进入兴奋状态,我很高兴自己知道了一些事情,特别是有关自己的病。我一直想要继续下去,即使时间上有点急(必须做其它事了)、即使是因为一下子吸收太多资讯而脑袋有点晕。。。。</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-size: large;">我的轻度躁狂症状开始出现了。 幸好,我觉察到了,我及时把自己抽离。</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-size: large;">上了《家连家精神教育课程》之后,我的脑袋出现一些不同的想法,我觉得我可以把我所学到的东西写在部落格。这和当初的念头又不一样了。</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-size: large;">接下来,我突然感到很有自信,自我感觉良好,情绪变得高涨,思维奔逸,概念一个接一个不断涌现出来,我有好多东西想要写在部落格。。。 </span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-size: large;">是的 ,我的轻度躁狂症状又再出现了。</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-size: large;">这次,我也觉察到了,我让自己的思想回到当下,虽然偶尔脑袋还会想着要写什么在部落格,一切还是相安无事。</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-size: large;">(六月复诊时问了医生,医生说,偶尔的轻度躁狂现象并不会造成问题,只要不超越界线。很多人也会有轻度躁狂的现象。其实,轻度躁狂对我竟然是有好处的。我因此而知道一些知识,因此而敢敢在《家连家精神课程》上发问、分享经历,因此而在部落格写下我的感受。)</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-size: large;">为了更了解这个病,为了确保我想写的东西没有错误,我找了更多的资料,看了更多的书。</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-size: large;">就在我准备写第二篇《精神病教会我的事》时,我卡住了。我发现我想写的题材超越了我的表达能力,因为我的语文能力不好。我脑袋的想法太多了,我无法好好的整理,也无法好好的以文字表达出来。</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-size: large;">然后,那个自卑的我出来捣蛋了。</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-size: large;">那个抑郁自卑的我开始质疑与批评 : 你以为你很会呀!你自不量力!你自以为是!你有什么本事?你懂什么?你每次都要花那么多时间来写!你写了又有什么意义呢?你以为你是谁呀!你。。。</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-size: large;">我开始被影响了,我又想要做逃兵了! </span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-size: large;">但,内心另一个我却鼓励我不要逃,要有自信。</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-size: large;">就这样,有时打开电脑,写着写着,脑袋会再度兴奋起来。有时,写着写着,又会感到十分低落。 </span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-size: large;">心中一直被两个我纠缠着。有点烦,也有点沮丧。</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-size: large;">我觉察到它们,这两极的情绪。我知道,它们只是小小的干扰,不会让我的病复发的。人生,不也常常会在两端之间摇摆着。只要我能够与它们安然相处着。</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-size: large;">我尝试练习我读到的,以正念回到当下。 </span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-size: large;">我把电脑关了,书本合上。静静地坐着,然后把注意力移到呼吸上面,慢慢地细细地呼吸着。注意着胸部和腹部微微的扩大和收缩。感觉着胸口的那股闷胀,把呼吸带到那儿,我知道,它会慢慢消失的。就这样,静静地坐着,觉知着内心这两极的情绪,不去抵抗它们,就让它们如实地存在着。告诉自己,它们不过是我的想法,并不是真相。过了几分钟,它们虽然还是存在着,但是我已经感到舒缓多了。接着,我把注意力移到其它地方,我到阳台去,看看人,看看车,为我的植物浇水,然后做家务。</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-size: large;">接下来日子,两个我不时不时还会浮出水面来干扰我,它们在我内心中对抗着。随时随地,只要我记得,我就尝试练习以正念回到当下。只要我想起来,我就关注自己的呼吸。试着学习觉察,不去抵抗,不去批评也不去判断对或错。就这样顺其自然的,平静地度过每一天。</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-size: large;">我发现,当我定静在当下,思绪就会沉淀下来。不急着去做任何批判,不压抑,不抵抗,不逃避,心甘情愿地接纳,自然而然就能走出来,在两极情感中找到一个平衡点。</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-size: large;">这是一个好的开始,一个小小的进步!还有好多需要努力学习以及常常练习的。</span><br />

<span style="font-size: large;">两极情感没有不好,只要我学习觉知它们,与它们安然共处,它们自然会互相包容彼此,保持平衡,不高涨,也不低落。</span><br />

<span style="font-size: large;">正因为我对自己的病有了正确的了解与认识,我能够学习自我觉察,学习辨别情绪波动和开始失控的征兆,我才能在状况出现时,及时意识到觉察到,不至于超越界线而陷入无法自拔的状态。</span><br />

<span style="font-size: large;">在写着的这段日子里,过去的点点滴滴,陆陆续续地出现在脑海里,赤裸裸地摊在面前。很奇怪,是心态的转变吧,我竟然可以很勇敢地接受,不再逃避,勇敢地面对,勇敢地感受那深藏久压的伤痛,因而获得意想不到的结果 ~ 疗愈那曾经受伤的内在小孩。</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-size: large;">把自己的感受记录下来,让我有机会学习觉察、学习面对、学习接受、学习臣服、学习放下。更让我获得一个大好机会,看到自己的真面目。 </span><br />

<span style="font-size: large;">精神病,在维基百科的定义是 : </span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">“精神病(或称作精神疾病、心理疾病、心理病),主要是一组以表现在行为、心理活动上的紊乱为主的神
经系统疾病。目前研究所得到的结果认为主要是由于家庭、社会环境等外在原因,和患者自身的生理遗传因素、精神生化因素等内在原因相互作用所导致的心理活
动、行为、及其神经系统功能紊乱为主要特征的病症。”</span><br />

<span style="font-size: large;">对于精神病的定义,不同的学科(比如精神病学、心理学、生物学、社会学等。。。)有不同的解释,各有各的说法。有的时候,精神病学家认为是疾病,心理学家却认为不是疾病,而是异常。失调、疾病、异常、疾患、障碍、症候群。。。。,这些用语模棱两可,许多名词的定义甚至互相重叠。</span><br />

<span style="font-size: large;">不管是用什么名词,我觉得最重要的还是防治——预防和治疗,而预防胜于治疗呀!(什么病都一样嘛!)有谁没生过病呢?世界上没有人可以终身免受病痛的侵袭。圣严法师说:“不生病的人已经死了,而没有生病的人还没出生。”</span><br />

<span style="font-size: large;">不论你愿意或不愿意,每个人都有机会患上精神病。(是专家说的哦!)心理疾病相当常见,全世界大部分的国家,有三分之一的人在一生中有某种程度的心理疾病。(维基百科)。<span class="content">精神病只是众多疾病的一种,而且其患病率正不断地上升。</span></span><br />

<span style="font-size: large;">然而,由于无知或误解,很多精神病患者和家属没有认识到精神疾病的害处,或者害怕受到世俗偏见的歧视,讳疾忌医。延误或不恰当的处理方式,使到精神和心理上的问题变成严重,结果需要花更长的时间、更辛苦的治疗,或者更糟糕的,造成无法挽回的遗憾啊!</span><br />

<span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-size: large;"><span class="content">精神病只是众多疾病的一种,</span></span>精神病是能够治疗的。透过药物、心理治疗及其他疗法,精神病患是可以彻底痊愈的。一些轻性精神病通常还可以通过非药物治疗法治愈的。可是,很多人患病而不自知,或家人也不懂(以为只是一时情绪不好、压力、性格、懒惰、疲倦。。。)。也许不愿意或害怕承认自己或家人的心理或精神出了问题(以为精神出问题就等于不正常、“疯”了,是羞耻丢脸的)。结果长期下来,轻性演变为重性精神病,最后终生都需要依靠药物。唉,病从浅中医呀,要知道药物的副作用可是相当大的呀!</span><br />

<span style="font-size: large;">是去年吧,有一次不知道是为了做什么挞后,剩下几个烘好的挞皮,我试着加了蛋挞馅料(一个蛋 + 牛奶 + 一点糖),竟然烘得很好。</span><br />

<span style="font-size: large;">从此以后,我不时就烘了一些挞皮收着,孩子想吃蛋挞时,一个蛋就可以很快的烘好几个蛋挞了,真是容易简单轻松!像现在做多一些拜妈妈也容易省时。</span><br />

<span style="font-size: large;">我喜欢比较硬的挞皮,孩子们也都喜欢。这种挞皮就像饼干,可以收藏较久,再加蛋馅烘烤时也不会有影响。</span><br />

<span style="font-size: large;">250g 冷牛油</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">500g 面粉</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">70g 糖粉 </span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">1 个蛋</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">适量冰水</span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-size: large;">做法 : </span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">1。 将面粉和糖粉混匀,加入冷牛油,切小块,再搓成粒状(bread crumbs状),加入鸡蛋液和适量冰水,拌匀成面团。</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">2。把面团用保鲜膜包好,冷藏半小时。</span>

<span style="font-size: large;">虽然说我只是个小人物,写什么东西都没有人会在乎的。可是,写部落格久了,就好像变成一种平常应该要做的事,没有写部落格,就好像没有做功课这样,哈哈!哎呀,说到做功课,就压力来了咯!</span><br />

<span style="font-size: large;">最近,一直有在阅读。知识知道得越多,就越觉得自己懂得的真的很少,越觉得自己应该学习更多。有时候想要写一些比较严肃,比较有知识性的东西,却又因为自己的贫乏而感到十分的无能为力。再加上自己的文笔实在是不好,每每想要表达的东西,绞尽脑汁,却还是无法正确的以文字呈现出来。有时候,花了好几天,都还是无法完成一篇帖子。即挫折又烦躁,压力也跟着越升越高。</span><br />

<span style="font-size: large;">于是乎,只好暂停下来,重新调整一下自己的心态。</span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-size: large;">这期间,也曾有一些东西想要写。可是,没写久了,也习惯不上部落格了,所以也就没有什么动力来写了。</span><br />

<span style="font-size: large;">现在,突然有一个想法,我想要利用写帖子来锻炼我的脑袋。</span><br />

<span style="font-size: large;">五年前,爸爸开始出现失智的症状。看了医生吃了药后,爸爸的状况改善了许多。这几年来都过得很不错,记忆力还很不错,大家还以为爸爸好了。最近,爸爸失智的现象好像有点加重了。</span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-size: large;">赶紧把去年买了还没看的书,王培宁医师及刘秀枝教授所著的《别等失智上身》,仔细地拿来阅读。原来失智症有分为几种,原来失智症早期的症状不全是记忆力不好的。爸爸患的是,早期行为异常个性改变,但记忆暂时还保存。</span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-size: large;">是的,我也很担心自己老的时候也会得到失智症。</span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-size: large;">突然,我想到写部落格。我在想,在我反复思考着该如何写好帖子时,或许能够训练到我的大脑,加强大脑的认知功能,增加脑力存款。哈哈!</span><br />
